Please note that the deadline for submitting the lists is Friday January 31st. Whilst some small details, such as crew ordering or basic typos, can be corrected for a few days after this date, it is essential that complete crew lists have been submitted earlier. Failure to do so means that we cannot guarantee that your college crew lists can be included in the programme at all.
Once you have filled out the form and submitted it, confirmation of the information will be sent to you via e-mail for checking - unfortunately there is not time for this for those lists that are submitted at the last minute.
